To kickstart ringing in the Western side of the Guild, there will be a general ringing practice at Workington followed by refreshments and an information gathering exercise to hear how you want to improve your or your tower’s ringing.  Perhaps you want to improve your basic skills, get help to learn something new, or ring a quarter peal in a certain method? 

The afternoon agenda:

14:00 – 16:00 General ringing – all abilities welcome. Focus methods are St Simon’s and St Clement’s from doubles through to major (click for blue lines).  The keen eyed will spot that these are all basically the same method extended from 5 to 8, but with different names.

16:00 Refreshments

16:00 + Information gathering discussion designed for you to say what type of training, teaching, coaching and support you need.
